Next steps

This engagement marks the beginning of an ongoing conversation with the community and we will consider all feedback received to help to shape the proposals. Although communication channels will remain open, we ask that feedback on this stage of the process is submitted by Friday 19 June 2026.

The scheme will also be showcased at the UK’s annual Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREIIF) in Leeds later in May.
